I think Khan is the better fighter, and in a way I hope he wins because it would set up some pretty big fights down the road, but I bet Maidana because of the odds so I have to pick Maidana. I'm just not sold on Amir in a "dog fight", I don't make the issue of his chin that some do, but I am curious to see how he responds to being in with a tough, strong guy. Also while I think Ortiz is soft (based on him literally quitting against Maidana), I respect his skills and I don't know that Khan is vastly more skilled or talented than Ortiz. Hence if Maidana was able to break Victor down, then I don't see it as far fetched that he could do the same to Khan.
Khan by TKO. After a shaky start Khan gets into his groove and slowly wears Maidana down to stop him in about the 11th.
Maidana KO/TKO 5. I know Khan is a very skilled fighter but he will go into rabbit v headlights mode if he gets caught flush and I can't see him avoiding Maidana for the whole fight. Props to Khan if he does win though, especially if he takes some punishment doing it.
Khan wide UD, IF he can keep Maidana on the end of his jab. He also needs to introduce using the jab on the backfoot in this bout.
