Everybody has been going on about Arnie for Bellew but Clev is trained by his dad it worked for Calzaghe but i feel that really only works with natural talents that just need motivating to get in shape and the boxing sorts itself out

Bellew wins by KO. Cleverley is a vastly overrated Joe Calzaghe wannabe. Should go back to University and do a postgraduate degree as he is not going far in boxing. Bellew would put cleverley on the backfoot and walk through whatever he has to offer. The three knockdowns we have seen on Bellew in the last two fights, he has jumped back up immediately and if there weren't a mandatory 8 count he would carry on boxing right away. He has unbelievable punch resistance.

Still, I think Bellew has a lot of work to do to be honest if he is going to go far. He needs to box more and stop going looking for that knockout all the time as he is just too predictable. I also think he is too overconfident. Remember Tony, when you're fighting world title level you are going to come across some real good boxers and just trying to knock them out with that right hand of yours is not going to work.

clev will only fight Bellew if he doesnt try to dodge his punches

After the fight, Cleverley said: "This guy was a mover. He was so awkward he was moving around like Naz and making me miss. When I was moving in to land shots he was making me miss

from that quote clev only wants to fight punch bags or afrobums

I think you have to bear in mind its a stepping stone fight for him and in the run up he'd likely have had his mind elsewhere on the bigger prize. Ontop of that theres a late replacement with a very awkward style so perhaps theres some explanation for his apparent disinterest.

For a hypothetical match up with Bellew you'd have to think he will be much more gee'd up with his mind on the job as opposed to last night.

at this point I think Cleverly takes it, although I notice Tony voted Bellew by KO so i'll go with that

Both were very poor last time out but it happens. In saying that I think Bellew is overrated, dont rate him at all. Good power but other than that not impressive. Ovil was very unlucky to get stopped. Clev should take this but he needs to get his act together.
