Is the Prescott rematch the right interim fight before the Bradley/Devon showdown?

    Since Bradley and Alexander are fighting early next year, there's gonna be at least one interim bout before Khan takes on the winner, and rumors say Amir's returning to the UK for his next match. Since it's unlikely that after such a tough fight he'll face a top5 LWW, how about returning to the scene of the crime and put those demons behind for good by rematching nemesis Breidis Prescott? It's still and a puncher will always be a risky fight for Khan, but not quite Maidana-risk, and it would be a nice test to see what Amir stands right now.

    There IS room for further improvement, like implementing an effective inside game that is missing, and for personal, professional and economical reasons, Breidis Prescott could be the logical choice for the interim fight.

    should fight but roach already said he doesnt want that fight to happen and tha khan should move on

    I think so as well, to most of us it seems pointless at this point, but to khan it might be very important.

    Yes, it's a fight that would sell (despite Prescott not being an elite fighter) and it would be a relevant fight because he is avenging a defeat. It would be the perfect "tune up" fight.

    No, both Bradley and Alexander have decent speed so an opponent like Zab Judah would be better for preparation.

    It makes sense for Maidana, because he lost. Not for Khan. Khan is moving on now, looking towards unification and a shot at Mayweather why would he rematch a guy he's just beaten and risk losing for no reward. He's already shown himself to be the better boxer.

    There's a lot of sense it in, beating Maidana is more than enough to put the Prescott memories behind. But avanging your losses have some nice value at the end of the day.

    Khan is to fight in the UK on April 16th, the same night David Haye fights.

    Opponent not yet discussed. Some at GBP are even thinking Khan Maidana rematch could be a good money spinner... not sure if it would come off though
