and mosley won, what would that do to his legacy? He would not only have beaten ODLH (in his prime) twice, but also Pacquiao, one of the best fighters to ever live. Thoughts? Anyway, it would be quite a way to ride in to the sunset.
If mosley won, it would be a travesty and exactly what Arum deserves for taking another waisted fight. Only berto is a real fight and anything else is just BS (besdes floyd). They know they can sell berto but they want a garenteed win against a guy that just looked horrible in his last two fights and has shown that he is scared of speed faster than his. They know Pac is gonna beat the hell out of mosley. Atleast when you face berto, you face close to matching handspeed and a fighter who doesn't know how to lose. A hungry fighter who is sharp enough to catch pac and go to war with him. If they can sell clottey then they can sell berto who's highlights alone beside pac's make a great commercial/trailer. Not to mention the fact that berto has been a champ since 08. They know Berto is dangerous and is uncertain when looking at how he matches up with pac stylistically when forming a gameplan. Even with all that said, I will still take a JMM3 fight.
Most would consider it a miracle at this point in his career. I would hope that he would retire and not continue to hang on any longer. It would almost erase the loss to Mayweather as well.
I can say this if the fight does happen (but let's hope not) the way Pac likes to just stand and cover up at times could lead to him getting KTFO with multiple massive overhand rights.
I cant see it happening because pac has a good chin and just too much speed and stamina for mosley.... but I guess there is that small chance, I mean if Mosley lands and absolute bomb on him like he did mayweather and can follow up with it and really have pac hurt, does pac even know how to cover up and hold and get out of it? We havent really seen him have to do it, Khan sure as hell cant do it
I think pac's chin is good but not ready for a mosley loaded up shot like the one that struck Floyd. That's gonna shake anyone who isn't a naturally bigger man. His hand and footspeed will keep Mosley from loading up on that as Shane will be standing there shaking his arms wondering what to do with the speed in front of him. I personally don't know how pac will act if severely hurt so I'm not even thinking about that till it happens. So we are pretty much in agreement.:good
i like both these guys. but i now pac will outbox shane ,even if shane has the power,he needs the energy and freshness/frame of mind to set them up, which pac wont let him do too much,only after pac beats shane up with movement and high output will shane be able to land clean and hard on pac in later rounds,but by then,pac will have taken shanes sting away from the punches. but shane if he was to get this fight,needs to build up atleast 1 big win beforehand,beat berto,beat cotto possibly,then he deserves the fight. if he got money probs cuz of his ***** ex,lets all do a chip in for him!,let him fight cotto,berto,williams and still earn good money,and pac fight marquez,if they both come though all that,then mosley vs pac can happen.
