Frazier beats Wlad...

I think we'd probably see most of them reduce their punching power just enough so as not to **** their hands up. Hand injuries are fairly common with even today's gloves, but happened more frequently with the smaller ones. Because we'll never see them in smaller gloves, we'll never know whose hands could've held up to throwing the same shots and who would've had to compensate by taking something off their punches.

I would think all of them would have difficulties vs vitali but against wlad they are really dangerous inside and can crack his chin for sure.

 

easy for fraizer. he would have had the defense with head movement to get to wlad to make his jabs inefective and close the ditance with ease,and come with those poweful hooks and body shots.

he had great stamina,unrelenting come forward determination.Put ali down,easily puts wlad down,wlad with pressure on him panics,doesnt hit going backwards,doesnt counter very well,just clinches and leans.

Power, accuracy & speed. Wlad has all of the above & he'd catch Smokin' Joe early & often.

 

I'd also take Dempsey to knock out Frazier, fwiw.

 

He's doesn't have faster handspeed than Ali nor the accuracy.

I'll give you power though.

 

Klit is vulnerable but frazier would be a lot smaller than him and would find it difficult to land cleanly, would be very interesting fight, id say both give each other problems but hard to pick a definite winner

 

Americans tend to be over rated but wlad is a KO waiting to happen, the problem is getting past his very safety first approach, size and good jab, difficult but im sure not impossible by any means

What kind of imbecile would use as exemple the Carnera-Louis fight to justify a potential result in a Wlad-Frazier hypothetic match-up?

There is little to no similarity btw. Louis and Frazier's style, and Louis had 3 and half inches over short arse Frazier.

The diferences btw. Carnera and Wlad are even bigger.
Carnera can't defend himself even if his life depended on it, he was all around horrible; the guy was a bad joke to boxing.

Wlad with 8ounce gloves would cause some serious brain damage on the poor little Frazier.
