Yeah's he comical fella. ''just come out the ring, just knocked someone out!...cracking shot....carry on...''
''just come out the ring, just knocked someone out!...cracking shot....carry on...'' He then proceeded to pick his nose and eat it for the next 30 seconds, while old Franky boy was rattling!! classic..
:rofl he asks Kell Brook to take tape of his gloves. Clev tries to not look but Tony catches his attention.
Tony, do you and clev get on with each other, or is it always awkward when you two are on the same bill together?
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IC_mrjwV5Kw[/ame] don't know if people seen the original press conference for the 30th anniversary show. Check it out from 9 minutes. Cleverley reckons he will give Bellew a free shot and will take it. I guess Tony isn't the only character then. Cleverley is a bit of a joker also.
Bellew just made a fan out of me. He does'nt give a **** what he says or does. Picking his nose and eating it, then looking into the camera:rofl:rofl:rofl. If he gets more exposure he'll be very popular no doubt. Light heavy aint for him though, as his chin is showing. He has a wicked dig loadsa heart and a move up will strengthen his chin(which i dont see as a prob other than being drained at the weight at light heavy)Bet hes the most popular fella in the gym.Pure character
I was getting all the blood out me nose and I don't have any distain for Clev it's all just business... I went in there charged with emotions and looking back it was the wrong move but like I say I am learning and it's another lesson learned for now, ;-)
To be honest, I think Clev would fight Bellew the same way he fought Murat. We didn't know if Murat was going to be another Abraham or not. He could have had concussive power in either hand like Abraham. They fight out of the same stable. Cleverly didn't seem to care. He charged at Murat and tried to blast him out of the ring from the first bell. His corner, his promotor and several people at ringside were continually shouting at him and telling him to box more and not get into the trenches, but Clev didn't listen to any of them. I think he would stand right in front of Bomber and try to push him back. I think Clev is too skilled for Bomber and would land with very hard shots to the chin. He is also not an Ovill McKenzie and you can be sure he will leave Bomber in a horizontal position if he gets him hurt badly, unlike McKenzie who stood off. I think a loss like that, in a fight were Clev outmans Bomber, would ruin Bombers career.
If Tony Bellew starts been any different than the way he is then we won't be seeing the real Tony Bellew...:yep Tony has hit the nail on the head in the respect that he knows, accepts and understands that it is all about earning and learning...:yep Not just the fighting, developing his own box office and management of the media, creating the right top spin at the right time. At this stage between himself and Cleverley, the can really create the Monster...:yep The longer that they brew it, the more hype it will generate and the better the payday for the fighters...:yep Keep fighting your fight Tony, no journey in pro boxing will be easy, there are always going to be bumps in the road, your riding them well...:good Good luck going forward, you are in a great camp with a great team of people around you that will give and accept nothing but the best everytime...:yep And the New...:deal :bbb :bbb :bbb
