I would slightly favor Froch but to say he would murder Hopkins is crazy!

This fight will be big in the US and UK, HBO will make it something special, seeing both fighter are in such good form, and this could be hopkins 'redemption' from the calzaghe defeat, and froch's chance to prove he's one of the world's best, because he still has many doubters

 

If he did KO Hopkins that would be a nice one up on Calzaghe.

 

I love peoples under estimation of Froch....it never gets old no matter what he does. Hopkins wouldn't school him at all, Froch is a world class athlete and boxer no matter and if you think otherwise your a clown. He doesn't get the respect he deserves.

Hopkins although I ****ing hate the guy and his attitude has proven his class over the years, so I think it would be an interesting fight. Although I truly believe if he did fight Froch that would be the fight where age caught up with him, whatever people say Froch's power, boxing mind and cleverly applied aggression would be too much for the old timer. Pascal blew it cos he gassed, throws bombs for 6 rounds and then seems to tire same as happened when he fought Froch

 

Don't under-estimate Hopkins either. Froch has power & stamina. Hopkins is better defensively & smarter.

Hopkins would have success countering Froch but Froch's workrate would be Hopkins undoing. I just don't think Hopkins could handle someone as awkward with such a high output at this stage of his career.
