Man, it was such a shame to see him gas so quickly against May. What's worse is it's a shame May didn't fight him right after he smashed Marg. Also a shame, May never fought Marg after he beat Cotto, also a shame May didn't fight Cotto before he was beat by Marg, also a shame May isn't fighting Pac before he smashes Shane... hmm there's a theme here! The worst thing about this fight is that it gives more credence to the argument of Pac haters saying he's beating up old guys and guys who are too average. But he's got noone left and if he wants to make a buck, he's gotta go with guys like Mosley. Mosley will be smashed and end his career much the same way as many of the greats of our time. Shame really, I wonder how he'd look if he hadn't taken so long out after the Marg fight.
you could have just said " The whole things a Shame" Would have saved a lot more time. :rofl but seriously, People are giving pac ****, and your right, he has very few guys left. By the time this May vs Pac fight happens it will be as worn out as the RJJ V Hopkins rematch
No offence, but bull**** he's got no one left. How about the guy many people think has beaten him twice - Marquez? Or the winner of Bradley v Alexander at 140lbs. Or Sergio Martinez at catchweight or Paul Williams at 154.
If he smashes smaller guys he'll get dissed as well. The guys created an illusion that he is small - he aint. Not anymore and if he fights Marquez at a Catchweight he'll destroy him if you ask me. That said, it's an option about on par with fighting Mosley for me. Bradley / Alexander - too small. I would LOVE to see him take on Martinez, but he aint really superman. Think that's a step too far. If he did it, win or lose though ALL the credit in the world to him. Would like to see him fight Williams at 147 - 154 too.
Yanks are already calling Marquez old, they will give **** about that fight. and williams is coming of a big loss.
I'm a huge fan of Mosley but I can only see a savage beatdown against Pac. Pac's pace & speed will demorilise Mosley and I can actually see him getting TKOed for the 1st time of his career. Marquez is the fight if Floyd won't fight Pac. Styes make fights & both of Pac's wins over JMM are questionable. Unfinished business if ever there is.
Mate it's all about making weight. He should be fighting Marquez at 135lbs, which he could still make if he wanted to. Even at 140lbs. Marquez is coming off a hammering of the number one contender in his division, Mosley is coming off a fight with Sergio Mora where he looked shot. Marquez, Alexander and Bradley are all the same height as Pacquiao.
Rooster what's even worse is that Mosley is older than Marquez and is coming off a one sided loss to Mayweather and a horrible draw with Sergio Martinez. The third fight with Marquez is a fight that true boxing fans would love to see. Manny wants none of it at 135lbs - that much is obvious. Mosley is still a name, so he'll get the green light, but there's no way Pacquiao v Mosley would outsell Pacquiao v Marquez III.
Pac v Shane is a **** fight for Arum to put forth next. Simply ****. Floyd completely dominated Shane and Shane looked like dog **** against Mayorga as well. Yes Shane dominated Margarito but styles make fights. Shane's only chance is if he comes out guns blazing in the first 2 or 3 rounds and has an old fashioned Hearns-Hagler shotout. Really Pac should be fighting either Marquez or the Bradley/Alexander winner at 140 where he belongs NOT fighting BS catchweight bouts or bouts with over the hill legends.
