Does anybody know? Any insiders know who picks the opponent for Pac man? I'm starting to think its Arum. I can't believe Manny's judgment is that bad. LOL

Arum has the most influence, but Pacquiao has the last say

let's be honest - none of us really know unless we've been in the boxing scene or a pro boxer. however, i'd have to hazard the boxer themselves because if they dont want to fight someone then itll just be a shitty fight.

How much does arum make from pac?
I recall when Roach hinted or expressed that pac should have signed to golden boy..

If anyone believes it is Pac, they are truly naive.

Pac can say no, but Arum pulls his strings and manipulates him, Roach may say opponents are too dangerous or 'we need a catch weight' ofcourse, Freddy pretty much decided not to go with Mosley at 147 18months ago

pacquiao , but at this point i dont think he cares who he fights. Should he really care about Berto and Marquez, seriously? What does he have to prove by fighting them? The only guy he cares about is Floyd, believe me.

Arum. Why do you think has only been fighting in-house fighters for the last few fights.

arum basically tells pac who he can make the most money fighting (regardless of whether its true or not)

pac believes him and gives the go ahead
