Who the hell thought a Mayorga vs Cotto fight was a good idea?

"explosive"/"entertaining"/"enjoyable" how many years has it been since Mayorga was any of these things? I mean yeah if this was 10 years ago, the fight would be ****ing awesome, but when is the last time Mayorga had a meaningful fight, much less a meaningful win? This **** is lame, seriously ****ing weak.

 

Nevermind, I guess it would be his KO loss to SSM in 08...or I guess his KO loss to ODLH in 06. Yeah I'm sure this will be a ****ing phenominal fight...

 

I hate to admit it, but I dont get it.

 

It was gonna be Cotto vs. Vanes who is undefeated but HBO didn't want to buy it.. So Arum is going head to head vs. HBO on that date... it's a ppv...

 

this will be one hell of a show, i'm glad it was made. even if the fight ends up being one-sided as fk and prove nothing, mayorga's pre-fight antics are well worth it. there's no better entertainer than mayorga. wait till he starts talking about cotto's family, i'm really curious what cotto would do :yep
as a matter of fact, i'm more interested in this fight than margo/cotto 2.

On second thought I wasn't aware this is a PPV fight.......it's an explosive fight though but I'm not spending 50$ on this.

 

Just checked on Mayorga. He's win,loss,win,loss,win,loss in his last 6. two by TKO.

Mayorga is more faded than Cotto, but he's wild and always dangerous.

Its a bit late in the day, but I can't wait to see it.
