A prime Tyson would have beaten Lennox.Tall fighters sometimes gave Mike harder fights but he still won them in his prime.Tucker was about the same size as Lewis and a very good fighter.Mike at his best was still able to win it.I think he would have done the same with Lennox.

This fight is close. Lewis is definitely better on the outside, and a great , brutal clincher , i think he takes a win.

Iron Mike.. Lewis couldn't box well enough or long enough to win over 12 or wear him down. Simple as that, just my opinion. I see the fight being virtually even after 4 before a one hitter quitter.

Tyson TKO8.. Iron Mike will kill the body, knock him silly with hooks, then his head off with an uppercut ending the fight in stunning fashion..

Lewis was a very good boxer, but his chin would surely fail him against Iron Mike.

Lewis beats any version of Tyson, no doubt about it.

    Lewis.

People on here still act like 'PRIME' Tyson is something that he isn't. They act like he's the indestructable no.1. ATG but only for those few years he was supposedly 'prime'.

He was prime when beating old Holmes, and Michael Spinks. When getting beat by Buster Douglas at the ripe old age of 23 then suddenly he was past prime. People are too quick to make excuses for this guy.

I have a lot of respect for what he achieved in the ring but feel people are buying too much into the marketing of him as indestructable.

    styles make fights

sure buster put it on tyson but that buster douglas that night was a monster with a great arsenal of punches.the jab, right hands, left hooks, uppercuts.

lennox early on in his carrer(before emanuel) relied mostly on the right hand and his balance was awful.tyson would of steamrolled over lewis.

That's not his prime then. Kind of defeats the object of prime vs prime.

There is no heavyweight in the world past or present that would have beat a 20 year old Mike Tyson.

  13. tyson with rooney in his corner was a great finisher and more disciplined, he had more stamina, he got better combinations and he had more hitting power obviously because he had faster hands . in the first fight tyson would ko or tko lewis, lennox was hurt seriously by bruno, rahman or mccall. but i think that lewis would take him seriously in the rematch and he would win by ud. the chin of lewis would be the key factor, lewis with a better chin would beat tyson always. evander holyfield90-91 would beat prime tyson by sd .

  14. typical words from the typical kid tyson fan boy who know nothing about the history of boxing . you are a classic
