The Floyd Huggers have been out in force in the run up to the big one on Saturday Night/ Sunday Morning.

A lot have been saying that Hatton Fans are huggers, and they keep commenting that we think Hatton will win. I have not seen many Hatton fans saying Ricky will win.

I was just wondering how many Hatton fans think he will win on Saturday??

I dont think he'll win for one although it will not be an embarrassment as predicted by the usual suspects.

    So Hatton Fans....

    Hatton to Win or Lose

    Predictions not Hopes.

I have a bet that Hatton will win. I don't think he will, the bet was made out of hate and anger at Jack Presscot

    Hatton will lose on points.

This is a safe pick - because it's all on him.

    1 - THE WEIGHT

Hatton is not a WW. That has been proven. It's what makes his two weight strap-holding all the more exciting (take note Calzaghe fans!). Here he has to come up again. Meahwhile, Floyd is coming down in weight from 154, where he has proven himself. So the issue is entirely Hatton's, entirely. But the sports science they are speaking (coming in a bit lighter to protect mobility and workrate etc.) is good - but it all has to be proven.

    2 - THE FIGHT PLAN

To be succesful, Hatton has to refine his pressure and abandon his left hook upstairs. He has to time the switch of the attack from body to head absolutely perfectly - meanwhile, Floyd just has to be Floyd.

    3 - POWER

Floyd's power is underated. At this weight, Floyd will be hitting harder than some of the guys Hatton has to walk through - can he do it? If he becomes even slightly discouraged, he'll lose a wide decision, he has to take it to give, especially early, and it's just unknown.

So much has to go in Hatton's favour - for which we have no evidence to base a pick upon - that he is not a sensible pick, I don't care what anyone says.

But there's a chance. Hatton has a chance.

I have floyd winning by stoppage period no UD hes just to0 strong for hatton and Im a Brit, If collazo gave him nightmares then boy oh boy
Mayweather gunna give him Night Terrors ( worst form of nightmares )
When this fight was made I wasnt even remotely interested, , Now if it was Cotto and floyd then it be more interesting but I still pick Floyd by UD on that one, No one will beat Floyd and thats the Truth, only when he gets older and slows down,
but he be retired by then, floyds the full package

I hope with all my heart that Ricky pulls it off but I just think Floyd is too good. He is P4P for a reason and he is a genius at what he does. Ricky needs to fight the perfect fight and even then Floyd may be too fast and exact for him.

Now, that is not taking anything away from Rick, no matter what a lot of the Americans (not all and some Brits have joined them) say, Ricky is a world class boxer and one of the best P4P in the world right now.

I'm a Hatton man, not my favorite fighter or anything, but I'll be rooting for him. I'm picking Floyd to win though, but I really see all kinds of scearios that can play out, including a Frazier/Ali I or a Marciano Charles fight. Not likely, but I would'nt be compelety surprised. Hoping for one of those styles make fights nights.

Hatton fan here. I admit to not having half the knowledge of the sport that most other people on here have so most of the Hatton haters probably think I'm going to plump for Hatton KO1 Mayweather:D

Seriously, I think Hatton puts up a brave fight but Mayweather wins by UD. But make no mistake, Hatton does have a chance of winning.
