Are Judges allowed to score rounds even 10-10?

I don't think I have ever seen an official scorecard with even 10-10 rounds. I see nothing wrong with a 10-10 round but what are the rules in regards to scoring a round even?

It's allowed but discouraged, except in Argentina, where it's not allowed at all but the judges can score a close round 10-9.5.

Example: look at round 10 of Van de Wiele's card from Hopkins-Pascal

They are less common nowadays. They used to be way more common.

I agree. It seems many people forget that's an option and feel they have to give the round to a fighter no matter how close it is. In these situations I'd rather just see the round scored even to lessen any controversy.

It does not work that way, trust me! Funny how GBP was bashing Van De Wiele for giving a 10-10 round but not for scoring the first round 10-9 despite Pascal knocking Borenard down.-(

It's time that some judges get suspended for good!

Yes and it should be common. Why would you give a fighter a round if you can't confidently say they won it? If judges scored rounds even more often we'd have far more accurate scorecards and less controversial decisions.

I heard that one of the four organizations stopped using 10-10 rounds recently.
Can't remember where I heard it - I think it was a commentator who pointed it out during a fight, and I was only paying half attention.

Can anyone confirm this, or did I hear wrong?
