Exactly. He had like a few seconds of hesitation and then realized there was no way he could continue with that kind of injury. Nobody's getting crazy about the win. Nobody's saying Apou is the next big thing. We are just looking at an excellent shot and a broken jaw. You know...like...boxing fans
Never said he was great. But Soriano is usually pretty durable (for instance, he had jought 5 times in Québec and always reached the limit with the local fighters). The question wasn't ''will he lose?'' but rather ''will he get knocked out?''. Apou gave us the answer in impressive fashion.
Gotta feel bad for Soriano. No getting around it, he is on the level of a tomato can, but still you have to feel bad for him. Damn, tough break, but with that great KO by Apou. Nice looking prospect who has already a couple of decent opponents already in his very young career.
This one is better. Back when they had tuesday night fight. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Y6kog5RJKY[/ame]
Punch was great. but the man wasn't out. He got an injury. **** happens! Please don't make him #1 P4P yet!!
I saw all of Apou's fights and the guy has some killing speed and good power...I really like him but he needs to learn how to not get too wild when he goes for the ko...He tends to get overexcited when he hurts his opponents and gets hit unnecessarly because of it...
Ortona. Vimy. You guys know **** all. We're talking French Canadians here, not pure Frenchies from France. We *******s pack one hell of a punch, just ask Lemieux or GSP. Even Georges Laraque. "For the Moro crossing in early December the exhausted British 78th Infantry Division on the Allied right flank on the Adriatic coast had been relieved by Canadian 1st Infantry Division.[6] By mid December, after fierce fighting in the cold and mud, the Division's 1st Infantry Brigade had fought its way to within two miles of Ortona and was relieved by 2nd Infantry Brigade for the advance on the town." "Historians attribute the success of the Canadian Corps in capturing the ridge to a mixture of technical and tactical innovation, meticulous planning, powerful artillery support, and extensive training, as well as the failure of the German Sixth Army to properly apply the German defensive doctrine. The battle was the first occasion when all four divisions of the Canadian Expeditionary Force participated in a battle together, and thus became a Canadian nationalistic symbol of achievement and sacrifice." More recently, and within the ISAF, Brits were the first to congratulate the Canadian JTFA Comd on their first victories in the risky Kandahar region. I think you two should just STFU already. :smoke
