    Someone mentioned Barker and i could not agree more, he is very much in danger of missing the boat and subsequently being pushed aside by younger more athletically gifted fighters. Same applies to Paul McCloskey who seems to have taken an unnecessary pit stop at European level.

    Bute: he needs to show us clearly that he has been fighting 2nd tier opposition only because the S6 kept the top guys busy. I think he can start to make a statement by fighting the Froch/Johnson loser.

    Pirog: this guy made a big splash when he beat Jacobs on HBO, but he has not fought since, and unless something developed in the last couple days, he does not have a fight scheduled. He needs to get his ass to work, and prove he's not just a flash in the pan.

    Pavlik: this one is kind of a "no-brainer." Boxers rarely retire at age 28. Pavlik will be back, and the boxing community will most likely embrace him, so he will catch a beak of some kind. He needs to make some serious noise if he wants to stay in business.

    Here goes ;

    in order
    • Berto
    • Bute
    • Doniare (that said Montiel is about as big as it comes for him)
    • Dirrell
    • Haye
    • Sturm (he's a stalwart in this list , and has been for nearly a decade)
    • Chris John (distinct lack of top class opponents on his resume)
