    How could it possibly be "good quality video"? It was shot in the 1940s!

    Man you posted this in the General. You wont get many posts, this fight happened before 2004.

    This really was Louis at his best though, every jab shakes Baer. His power was immense and the way he put punches together was briliant. I could always watch him fight just for that reason alone. An immense puncher and a truely great fighter.

    I don't know how anyone can say modern boxers are more skilled after watching this video. He's a better counterpuncher than Juan Manuel Marquez with more power than Arthur Abraham.

    But YO! This Joe Louis cat is the TRUTH!! Never seen this before, hes probably the greatest fighter I have ever watched. I never actually watched him like this before but hes even better than the boxer whose my idle, Floyd Mayweather. I bet Joe Louis vs Floyd Mayweather would be the greatest fight ever!!

    floyd is not number 2 atg, your crazy!!! floyd would've never beaten a hagler...he might be top 20 atg, maybe even top 10...but not number 2. joe luis you can keep him in that spot, i dont agree but thats cool he can be 1.

    Baer sucks big time.

    Fighters of yesteryears are way overrated. Baer was eating simple straight left jabs. He seems to be waiting for a punch to connect.
