You can say that again...but then and again you got stans that will try to ***** and moan about us being critical of Arum.

they'll tell you not to watch the fight when its us fans that actually have to suffer because of Arum's greed...maybe if more fans would tell the old ******* about himself he would cut the crap. (knowing that might never happen)

After Floyd beat Gatti, he wanted both Hatton & Cotto, neither wanted anything to do with him at 140, Hatton instead foolishly went after him at WW, Floyd would've won anyway but Hatton probably would've done better had they fought at 140.

    Are you sure he was?

Please, Casamayor keot his title with one of the biggest robberies that year against Santa Cruz.

Floyd was NOT lienar. Sorry, you cannot make up your own rules. And beating JMM did NOT make Floyd the linear champs.

    Whatever floats your boat...

He wasn't good enough period, Mosley at 38 killed him, all those guys (including Mayorga) would've badly beaten Margo, as those guys were much better than today's WWs, Pac & Floyd would've not been so far above Peak versions of ODLH, SSM and Forrest, as they are against today's fighters.

Yes im sure. He beat Morales in the 3rd fight and didnt lose until JMM beat him.

Yes im aware that fight was scored by blind judges but Casamayor was still the champ.

You are right PBF was not linear. I did state im not giving him that one. He was the linear champ before he retired and basically gained it back after he beat Mosley. Well sorta kinda. I remember there was talks of Margarito-Mosley being for the lineal title but i dont remember if it actually was.

Now tell me where im wrong.

Hatton got beat, struggled and almost lost his next fight and had to fight someone with no power so he wouldn't get KTFO again. Good recent fights right?

Cotto just got pummled by bricks, picked up the easiest title he could then barely got by Clottey after throwing him to the canvas to even the match. Good recent fights as well right?

Clottey was signed because they were not ready for Floyd at the date they would fight so they lied and backtracked and signed the fight as fast as they could. Clottey said before the fight he would throw 4 punches to Pac's 30. He clearly deserved the fight...

This is a prime example of what I was saying to Lance. Pac's wins are not put into perspective by most, they see names results and it must be amazing wins for Pac. :-(

Berto's STYLE, SPEED and YOUTH make him a good matchup with Pac. Berto got rocked by a lot lesser fighters than Pac huh? You do know Pac got KTFO in his career by a lot lesser fighters than Berto right?

And since you like throwing out 'FACTS' that aren't really facts let me give you one that actually is. Pac KTFO in his 12th bout. Pac KTFO in his 28th bout. Berto now has 27 WINS under his belt with no losses. They both fought 'lesser competition' up to that point. If Berto is an overrated bum what the hell was Pac?

What disappoint me the most about Pac is this guy acts as if he don't have a mind of his own. When it comes to taking a drug test he's mouth all mighty, but picking his fights he becomes mute. If Pac wants to fight Marquez then he could, Arum is the promoter but Pac has the star power to overshadow Arum decisions if he wanted to. The Shane fight is evidence within it's self.

I didn't say you were, relax boy, I was asking. That's what people do, ASK questions.

If Floyd wasn't linear, which he wasn't, then there was no reason to even mention him.

Yes...I do know that. These things are not the same as what Arum is doing in this situation.

Arum is asking a fighter who has already proven on two separate occasions to be a handful for Manny, and coming off two spectacular wins, to face another fighter (also coming off two exciting performances) who is still considered 'unproven', while he is offering a fighter who, he himself, said was past it, a comparable payday, to face his #1 fighter, even though that fighter has not won a fight in 2 years. All of this following an opponent who was caught cheating, had not won a meaningful fight, since his KO loss to the guy Arum said was past it. :bart Arum and Manny are obviously into rewarding the undeserving. :think But, oh well....that may backfire on them, at some point.
