Wasn't impressed with his early fights, seemed to have a good amateur style but didn't think it would transfer well to the pro game. But he has definately improved and while it is too early to say if he can make it on a world level he is definately moving in the write direction, which after Audley and Khan is a surprise.

The lad has had 9 fights, won every minute of every round, and has looked good doing so. Went to Liverpool to beat a, lets face it, limited british champion.

He smashes groves at this stage.

Don't particularly like him but have to admit he is a serious talent. Like others said after his first few fights he seemed a bit of a flop but has started looking very good since then. It makes me all the more saddened about Darren Sutherland (R.I.P) as I think himself, Groves and DeGale all coming through at the same time could have made for some potentially exciting matchups.
