any weight dont matter who holds or held it. ie rocky graziano big george foreman , shavers, lyle, tyson, and all the rest. lets see who comes out on top.
for the sake of bb, i thinking lew jenkins deserves a mentioned. from what i've seen, it's between julian jackson and foreman with an honourable mention to shavers for the right against holmes (possibly the hardest punch EVER)
true but he relied on accuracy and timing more than pure power. it took a LOT of right hands to take down louis.
All of the above. How can you measure the best right hand.? The individual chin it connects on determines the effect of a right hand. I would put the right hand of Carpentier ,because of the speed , and the highly forgotten Jack Delaney who in two fights with Tiger Flowers, flattened the southpaw Flowers THREE times with his laser right hand, up with the best ...
:deal This that delivery in the same manner with the same return connecting as it did would've knocked out every heavyweight champion in history out cold IMO but there have been some great right hands - the name Max Baer always comes to mind - I personally think Lennox Lewis had a great one aswell - and Joe Louis obviously (he was pretty much the greatest exponent of virtually every punch there is really Gorgeous Georges Carpentier threw one of the best right hands I've ever seen I think too there are so many
He did have an excellent right...without the torque of Max Baer or Ingo, but perhaps an even more effective weapon..more accurate and stealthy. An all time great right hand.
