could be a good money fight for the pom destroyer but probably a bad style matchup for mick . cant help not admiring kats , a real blue collar fighter . if ya cant win a title mick time to start cashing in on the really big name moneymaking champions. go for it.

i don't see many copping that and still be standing, and coming forward, and starting to return punches of his own just as it was stopped.

go and watch it again and u will change your mind. they were not little fairy jabs, they were all power punches. watch how many times michaels head gets knocked back.

Maidana was able to take loads of Khan's shots because Khan's power was diminished through his lack of proper balance.

If Kats could take JMM's sharp & accurate shots, he sure as hell will be able to take Khan's poorly balanced, lunging shots with no drama.

I have to say Bobby, I actually thought the same when I read the interview. I get the gist of what Brendan was trying to say, but fair dinkum, the comment about "we don't feel JMM won it", inferring that they lost only was just ridiculous.

JMM is a future HOF and deserved more respect than Brendan's comments throughout the interview.

Personally, I know why they are looking at Khan = $, but for mine, I don't think this is a fight Michael should take, UNLESS he is looking for get-out superannuation money as being beaten again will only keep de-valuing his worth.

 

Katsidis stops Khan in my opinion. Khan has never been in with a guy who will pressure him the way Mick will. Maidana hurt Khan Badly in that fight, Katsidis is more powerful than Maidana. Apart from Pac who else has laid out Marquez like that. If Kat hits Khan with that same punch, Its lights out.
Im not sure why Khan is being so hyped to be honest, His chin is suspect.

 

Katsidis is not more powerful than madiana imo. Madiana is bigger, has better one punch power in thatit only takes one punch for him to ko a fighter. katsidis on the other isnt a pressure wear you out kind of fighter. He hits hard but dosent have huge power. this will be the one of biggest fastest opponents of katsidis career. I dont see him winning and i see him taking a fair amount of punishment.But he will give Khan some trouble if he can keep up his non-stop pressure through the fight

 

Bad fight for Katsidis imo. Khan has way too much speed.

 

BK the size differnce would be a factor and he has real good speed which would make Kats style well suited to Khan ! maybe they are thinkin pay day and then get out it would be much better $ wise to have a couple of wins and get his conferdence back .
