All in basically the 1st round. Only he knew there was something wrong with him as the injuries were all internal and not obvious. If he were to continue, the likely result would have been an early retirment or worse. Tyson looked exceptionally good in that fight and weed or no weed, he would have likely hurt Golota bad. People remember this because of the spectacular way in which his trainer reacted by trying to force him to fight and Golota escaping and having crap thrown at him. But imo what Golota did was responsible and Al Certo was wreckless for not making sure what was wrong and why Golota wanted to quit.
