Roosters vs Tigers grand final, qld to win another series 2-1. I would have predicted Canberra to go close this year but if Campese is out for most of the season they will lack direction (unless they sign Orford). If they sign Orford they will go close this season i reckon.

As for my sharkies we have a real good forward pack but apart from Nathan Gardner i don't think our outside backs are good enough. A lot relies on how Tim Smith and Wade Graham combine in the halves.

    - Sharks to make the 8
    - Tigers to struggle ( people have been telling me they are planning to slowdown the play the ball this year)

That 2004 team wasnt as good as the following years and that is a fact. That was the start of the Grandness.

Qld got better and NSW got shitter which was shown in the states local comp. Q Cup has been stronger for a fair while now and the trend is still continuing.

I expect a tight series this year but dont be surprised if the Maroons win it again.

There has been a few changes to the Gains and losses of a few teams in that list on page one.

Bulldogs are definite top 8 this year, I would go as far as saying that they could push hard for a top 4 spot. Bought some real good workers who will have a major impact on the clubs climb up the ladder.

Manly are shite and will dwell down the bottom

    Parra :lol::patsch

Dragons will be shown how hard it is to win back to back.

Roosters will do a Parra like the year before, wouldnt be surprised to see them early exiters in the finals.

Tigers will do exactly the same as last year.

It depends on which team the Titans field at the back end of the season and what structure they play. Carty is a forwards coach and it shows in the team but the Titans backline is the youngest, fittest and fastest in the comp and need to be let loose, if they are let loose then they could be entertainers like the...

Bunnies I predict will step up...

Broncos, I have no idea how they will go

Storm can eat some more **** :yep

    Knights dont have a coach

Sharks may be kicked out of the comp mid year so the Bears can come back in.

Raiders may go a little bit better this year as long as Campo and Dugan stay fit.

All will be revealed throughout the trials. Last years Trials were very good indicators of how the comp went.

Sutton has been tapped on the shoulder, so unless he performs this year, it'll be stumps for him at Souths. I'm expecting he'll have a big start to the season at least. Is a good bet to pick up man of the match award in the season opener against the scum.

Assuming Sandow keeps improving bit by bit, and we dont have the horror injury curse that plagued us last seasonm then I can see us finishing 3rd. Any finals success will depend on whether we've upper our mettle enough.

The scum will go backwards and they'll get lapped in round 1 by the Godsends :deal
They'll come into the season with the expectations to rise again, rather than last year where their mission was to restore some much needed credibility. The Smith wane factor will kick in, and club ego's will grow tired of his chalk board teachings and over used pre game and half time motivational speeches.

Will finish 8th at best, and are 50/50 to keep the Godsends from piling up a half century against them in round 1. Looking forward to being there in round 1 where our supporters will again outnumber them at their home game

The Dragons will not defend their title.:nono
Their hangover will carry on into 2011, and Wayne Bennett's head will clearly be at Souths where his next line of employment and riches await :deal Once that happens, this club will go back to being jinxed and we'll all be renaming them St Choke.

Parra wont get the spoon. Steve Kearney must have an ace up his sleeve somewhere. If he doesnt hes gunna have to have some kinda explanation for the mass exodus that he's brought about.

I actually think Parra will do a bit better than some expect. By all reports Kearney has them training their guts out for a change. One things for sure, they'll be extremely cashed up for 2012.

Mate, the old "They're trainning the house down" line was all us Souths fans ever heard during those lean years where we picked up back to back spoons and won 8 games in 2 years.

You guys must be around a million under the cap, surely?

A strong displinarian is exactly what the club needs and Kearney is just that. Many are tipping a spoon for Parra. I don't see that at all. Looking forward to seeing Reni Matua back in action. But yeah we must be WAY under the cap.
