How good was Edwin Valero?

one of the most overrated fighters of the 2000s...people loved him because he was a maniac, he wasn;t all that good of a fighter, he was going to be dominated when he stepped up in class.

I think he could have been great if he trained with Freddy Roach and wasn't nuts. He reminded me of a young Pac with less speed but more power.
