anybody heard about this apparently zab turned down a fight with king khan, and he is now fighting for the vacant IBF 140 crown against south african kaizer mabuza in new jersey.:smoke
He'd have a great chance against Khan no doubt- the fact Khan stood up to Maidana's bombs was down to heart and survival skills alone and not improved punch resistance. Judah is a great finisher he'd be very dangerous early,
fighting mabuza is a easier option for judah and if he wins he still get's a title. judah knows there will only be big fight's ahead of him if hold's a title.
Its a no brainer. Win the IBF strap, get some rounds in the bank, then go for the rest of the 140 champs. Then he has something to bring to the table as well as his rep. Why would he risk taking Khan first, he knows this is his last crack so he needs to be smart?? Use you logic peeps.
Didn't Mazuba lay out Kendall Holt in 4? Zab V Khan will not last long at all. Hope Khan fights Zab so then Zab gets the credit for decimating his chin before someone else does. Ortiz doesn't see round 2 against zab hits way too hard and has never fought anyone with significant speed.
You dont have to be. Looked at the Matthysse fight. If you dont get knocked out early and pressure Judah constantly you're in with a great chance.
Any chance Khan getting himself rated with the IBF and stepping up to fight. Sure i'd like to see him fight in the uk next, but the chance of being a unified champ is too good to miss out, as is the chance of a fight with Zab, for a few rounds atleast it'll be too slick quick boxers going at it
