Mayweather Vs. The Margarito And Clottey That Pacquiao Fought?

Yeah he has no problem fighting the best, yet he's never fought the best at WW. He fought the likes of Baldomir, Judah and makes a habit of making smaller people go up in weight. He hasn't fought Cotto, Margarito, non-geriatric Mosley...**** even Clottey would be tougher than the guys he beat. So are you blaming the lack of top WW's in his resume on unfortunate circumstances? :roll:

i agree with the first part but floyd isnt stopping margarito, i dont even like margarito but c'mon his chin is a slab of granite with a beard! floyd would land at will but he would have to land bomb after bomb as mosley did to stop him and thats not floyd

 

I would think wide UD's in both fights for Floyd, 150lb Margarito being the only one of the 2 that has any chance.

 

margaritos footwork is atrocious his highguard is too open and he is overall way too slow floyd wouldn go near the ropes and make him eat that jab all night. All hypothetic of course........................ in conclusion.....Margarito KO1

I think he can really stop him ala Gatti and Hatton. Margo forces you to fight, and such an accurate puncher as PBF, sooner or later he'll stop him, Pac simply carried Margo for rds. 11-12.

Styles make fights and pacquiao engaged much more with margarito than floyd would...there would be some oohs and aahs but a stoppage i think would be doubtful

 

Is totally understandable(your position on the fight) and I totally agree that Pac engaged more than PBF would, but Margo was ruined when he fought Pac, that's why I think the stoppage can happen, despite a granite chin and all of that stuff Margo will get hit too much, and also having the Mosley fight as a blueprint, that's another reason why I believe he can really stop Margo.
