    :good Oonly solution.
Arreola is reckless. He needs someone to stay on his ass. That **** would fly by Stewart, Roach, Buddy hell Nacho wouldn't even accept his ass probably lol.

If you want to see how good he can be go back and watch his fights again Willis, Graham, and Tann. Arreola at 225-235 is a totally different fighter. He doesn't tire, can up his punch volume considerably and is much quicker. That's really what it comes down to. In the last two years he hasn't been south of 250. If he would have kept that 2007 form, I think he would have beaten Adamek and looked a lot better against Vitali.

needs to get to 230 235ish move up in the mountains for 3-4 months and train like a demon. Needs to get jacked and a little faster. If he was ripped and stronger he would be even more dangerous. 235 pound chris with a hard training camp would of koed Adamek but chris needs to get this **** together after he ko,s j oey Abell

Arreola is his own worst enemy. EVERYONE in his camp has tried to get him to condition himself.

He's a like an obese person, they arent willing to change until they accept its truly a problem.

You think after losing against Vitali and losing to a smaller, quicker opponent in Adamek, he would finally realize being overweight is hindering him as a fighter

    that hasnt happened though

He lacks discipline, nothing more can be done

    Your absolutely right!

There is no excuse, that is why his popularity has somewhat faded in the respect that his last 2 have not been oh HBO, if he is not going to take his career seriously why should the fans? Why should they spend their hard earned money going to see him fignt (especially in this economy) if he dosen't give a ****, why should have one else.

Emmanuel Steward said something and I believe he is right, all the Champions in various weight classess were all very different, but all had one thing in common, they were gym rats. That were addicted the sport, gym, working out, conditioning from sun up, to sun down.....There is no substitution for hard work and dedication.

Dosen't need to get ripped this is not Mr. Universe or a Magazine shoot, just in Shape, muscle solid, and be able to physically make it happen.

None of those guys would even agree to train him, if he isn't getting in proper condition.

Ive seen Arreola around town once or twice (I live in the same area more or less)

He is ****ing HUGE. Easily weighs 300 pounds with a massive belly and neck rolls:verysad

I will say he has a massive frame, like a football linemen sized fellow, but he is easily 50 pounds overweight, and about 60-70 pounds off from being in proper fighting shape

Its one thing to be built wide, (I know what your saying) but damn......dude should start jogging everyday, maybe even powerwalking  at first....That can't be good....I mean just for a regular dude its unhealthy, now for a porfessional Boxer? :-:)huh

Dude needs run his ass off, for like six months every day 2 miles walking-2-jogging (and then another 2 running) like 6 a day at a minimum,,,, until he can sprint, and do wind sprints effectively, on top of his training.

Also the dude needs to quit hitting up the Mexican food (stuff is good, I can see why he likes it, I love it too) but its loaded with Carbs..... Or just get the Grilled Asada (Pollo o Res) without the tortilla, just some grilled veggies....He can do it, but he has to want to, until then no titleholder is going to take him seriously.
