Yeah so. Look at all those so called champions you put up. There are only 5 or 6 legit ones up there. Don't forget 8 out of 10 times, we Puerto Ricans keep u in check. And I guarantee u a gd chunk of them are going to lose their titles quickly.

Did Tavoris Cloud / Roy Jones use steroids to dismantle Julio Cesar Gonzalez? And how about Cintron when he thwarted Angulo? how about Trinidad vs. Vargas? And Klitschko vs. Arreola? How about Hearns/ Cuevas? Bute vs. Andrade? Pavlik vs. Zertuche?

Mexican fighters cannot compete effectively above 147lbs plain and simple. Not big, fast or strong enough to beat fighters with skill.

Sorry buddy, your argument and points on this thread are 100% ******ed.

BTW: America has Cunningham, Cloud, Ward, Alexander, Berto, Bradley, Hopkins, Pavlik, Dirrell, Williams, Mayweather and Mosley. Who if I am not mistaken have never ever lost to a Mexican and never will.

    Quality over Quantity.

I think European athletes dominate the sport. We have many titleholders. We domiate SMW, LHW, CW, HW. However, among the non-European ethnic groups and nationalties, I rank as follows:

    1. Cuban (These athletes are the stiffest competition to Europeans in the amateurs) and are enjoying increasing presense in the professional ranks.

    2. American (Most are of Black/African descent it seems) (I believe these athletes have the most natural talent and boxing skill). It also seems that American/African American boxers have historically dominated the professional ranks in the period before Eastern European fighters were given the right to fight professionally.

    3. Latin/Mexican - These athletes are not very well-rounded, and only excel in obscure weight divisions, I have never been a fan although they have had many titlehodlers, I have yet to see one them impress in higher weightclasses, which leads me to question whether they are truly talented, or merely benefit from being naturally small human beings, and capable of squeezing into small divisions.

Latin is far too broad of a term. Technically, Sergio Martinez is also a "latino" but is really of White/European decent, as are 90% of Argentinians . Technically, Cuban boxers like Guillermo Rigondeaux are "Latino," when most Cuban boxers are of Black/African decent. I suppose I could refer to African American boxers as "Anglo" if I really wanted to simply because they speak English, but that does not make much sense and is misleading.

Latin is a term that I try to avoid using as it does not make a whole lot of sense when you examine its true meaning and the way it is actually used/interpreted. I think the term should be discarded personally, and members of these nations should identify themselves by race or nationality.

I apologize if I offended you, I was just feeding the troll. I don't believe anything I posted. I was just trying to **** off the TS.

There is no way you can be a fan of boxing and not appreciate what Mexicans have done for the sport.
