I cant think of anyone. That guy is a monster. He throws power in both hands so you got to respect his punch. He is fast, and can put a good combination toghether. And he is not easy to hit. Your guess is as good as mine.

    He's a counterpuncher more than a brawler

He can also switch from southpaw quite easily

Nah, he is something different. He throws some hard str8 punches and has a powerful sharp and accurate right hand for a southpaw. Good movement and defense. That guy is far from ordinary.

And Rivera is not known to be chinny.

I wouldn't pick anybody over him (not Mosley, not Mayweather, not De La Hoya, not Cotto, not Spinks, not Margarito).

One thing is for sure though - his wife is ****ing annoying!

hell yeah, she is. Do you see how str8 and accurate he punches. With power. This guy should be in the elite column. If somebody had the style to beat mayweather. He does.

Well if Forrest-Baldomir is for the vacant WBC light miggleweight title, then why not get people calling for Simms-Forrest? They might not be the best, or the best KNOWN, but at least they will be two title-holders that can reduce the amount of so-called champions out there. And considering where both fighters are at in their respective careers, I don't quite see a big meaningful fight around the corner... So if Simms is as good as he says he is (and it's pretty hard to argue, although he hasn't really been tested) then as a unified champ, he'll get the bigger fights he's been calling for.

Is Spinks still IBF champ or did he relinquish to fight Jermain for the Middleweight titles?

Spinks vs Simms? Who wins? (I'd go wih Spinks right now)

Simms and Dawson are the most underrated US fighters.

What's with all the hype towards Simms that has been going on lately ?

He's good but all of the sudden he's suppose to beat Ouma, Karmazin, Spinks and other top 154 lbers as easy as it can be done... and why, because he beat J A Rivera ?

dunno much about Simms, but agree on Dawson. I'd love to see him fight Calzaghe. The combined speed would be awesome.

I think Alcine has the skills to beat Simms. His only problem is a weak chin.

Simms will look like a midget next to Alcine. Alcine also has one of the best jab in the sport. If his chin can hold up. I beleive he can beat Simms.
