at their peak or not, all those fighters Pacquiao has faced are still threats and could give a lot of trouble above or below their weight class. They just seem powerless when they faced Pacquiao.

Pac fought over the hill, shot, never the same, old, coming off a loss, weight drained, and so on. Yet, Floyd Sr say he's on Peds?

oh **** no, hatton bullies him and he can't do anything about it but defend himself and tie up with hatton. hatton keeps the fight in the inside and floyd had no choice but fight his way through until hatton tires out. Pacquiao does better against floyd when being pressured, pacquiao had really quick legs and and a quick offense, and mastered his right hook counter. that's all there is to it. **** off with your theory on fighting hattons reputation for 8 rounds that's the biggest bull**** i heard i read in weeks lol

Anyone have a picture of the weigh in for that fight. MOrales seriously looked like one of those kids from Africa you can adopt. Not only was he past it but Pacs team kept bitching about having the fight at 135.

which world class fighters have faced Manny at the peak of his powers?

Sasakul. Pac was still a teenager.
Ledwaba. Faced Pac at the peak of his powers
Barrera 1. Manny was moving up in weight from 122 to 126
    Marquez 1. Pacquiao's 2nd fight at 126, JMM a career featherweight
Morales 1. PAcquiao moving up in weight from 126 to 130
Morales 2. Faced Pac at the peak of his powers
Morales 3. Faced Pac at the peak of his powers
Barrera 2. PAc started to struggle to make weight at this point
Marquez 2. Pac killed himself to make 130.
Oscar de la Hoya. Pac was moving up 2 weight classes.
Ricky Hatton. Pac had never fought in that division in his entire career.
Miguel Cotto. Pac was moving back up in weight from 140 to 145.
Joshua Clottey. Pac was moving up in weight from 145 to 147.

i have to agee with some of the hattons comments he was a good fighter but just did not have the skills and adaptability to beat floyd and pac

but i guess the real question is in which of those fights you listed was pacquiao in his prime?

EDIT- The guy above me beat me to it lol but i agree

It amazes me how people can not see that De La Hoya looked ill against Pacquaio. I know Oscar offered no excuses himself, but he looked like death warmed up to me.

That said, absolutely no-one doubted Hatton's powers at 140 even after Floyd beat him. He may have declined but there was no-one else at 140 at the time that anyone was picking to beat him. Probably great match-making by Team Pacqiao, but Hatton was still the Man at the weight and Pac took him out easily.
