he got beat by oakey yes!!! of course i know who oakey is you thick ****..and maybe when he fought oakey in prizefighter if he hadnt of been injured the outcome of that fight might of been different, plus oakey had time to rest and get ready for his rounds with darren.. or did you not watch prizefighter...

I think that Bellew would have won the fight, too big too strong and I dont think Stubbs is awkward enough to frustrate Tony ala Ajisafe or have enough pop in his punches to keep the bomber at bay.

To base Stubbs legitamcy for the british title shot on a 3 round fight with a very decent albeit passed is best pro is ludicrous, particularly in that its Darrens only loss in 4 years. Also with the light-heavy prizefighter only a few weeks before all the other possible contenders are tied up who deserves the shot more lirva??

This sort of rubbish is why i stay away from this forum alot of the time, slaggin off a fighters mrs, geeeeez another low

I like your spirit Mrs Stubbs. :bbb

    Watch this fella though.

If I remember correctly, this is the hard-case who made some laughable, idle threats towards Tony Bellew on here a couple of months ago. :-(

The sports full of good people who dont get rewarded for the amount they put into it unfortunately, Jamie Moore is the first name that popped into my head writing this. Out of all the fighters not currently tied up, Darren is clearly the most deserving of the fight and of course would have got it hadnt Mckenzie dropped Tony B twice and the premature stoppage. Hopefully he gets his shot.

Strangely I am interested to hear who lirva deems more deserving because as i see it taking out Mckenzie+Tony, Darren and people in the prizefighter scarily the next best u got is Tony Jeffries...

WTF is going on in here? Some bad nob heads that need to have a word with themselves!

Any chance we can stick to boxing gents (and ladies, though it seems to me like scousehouse has been wound up to responding)??

For what it's worth, I reckon Bellew would beat Stubbs but is there really any need to turn this thread into a slanging match? Most people on here are reasonable and while we dont always agree, the attraction of this forum to others is the relative lack of gobshites. A few weapons knocking about of late that are making me seriously doubt whether this place is actually any better than anywhere else.

    Wind it in.

dito!!! well said, and certain people on here should take note on how they so call comment on threads, as this chap has done he has said what he thinks without slagging or winding in his thread. unlike certain people who do this intentionally knowing full well he would get a reaction!!!(mr irva...):thumbsup
