    1. It's not pricing yourself out when the next guy in line gets the same amount.

    2. As for PPV numbers, I'd but JMM III. I will not buy Mosley.

    3. See 2.

Time will tell but I think time will be very favourable on Pac's legacy, even if he doesn't fight JMM and PBF.

From a personal standpoint, I don't think Pac has anything to gain by beating JMM a third time (i though Pac won the last two against far better versions of Marquez), and therefore I'm not interested in a fight where one of the fighters has nothing to gain even if he dominates.

Why not at 140 since that's a reasonable compromise. Or a catchweight since it won't be for a belt?

You're delusional if you think JMM should go up to 147 or if Pac should come down to 135 for the fight.

"The fans have been calling for a third fight for a long time, and its Pacquiao who's been holding it up......."

This is not true, Pacquiao has never held up or ducked anybody, my sources have told me that it was some of Nacho's bad manegerial decisions that held up a second Pacquiao fight and that $'s were big part for failed discussions.

As for many experts stating that Marquez won both fights, that again is not entirely true, yes some gave it to Marquez and some to Pacquaio, Larry Merchant believes that both decisions (Draw/SD) were correct, as do I, the first fight was rightly called a draw and the second a SD win for Pacquaio, please let's not lose sight of the fact that there were 4 knockdowns in favour of Pacquaio (in total) some 'experts' say "well Marquez would have won if it were not for the knockdowns" my response to that is, the knockdowns did happen, so that's that, were talking 8 points there (in total).

Regardless of whether Pac will win or gain anything, it's a more competitive fight than what is being put on next May, and that's what boxing is all about, or at least should be for the pound4pound #1. I would have liked to see Berto in there the most, but JMM deserves the shot even if age has him slipping a bit.

you don't know that it's a more competitive fight. Pac put JMM down three times in the first round of the first fight, once in the 3rd round of the second fight.

In a third fight, if this bigger, stronger version of Pac puts this older, slower, version of JMM down, this fight might be over within the first three.

135 is for JMM's lineal title and 147 (or whatever Manny wants) because Pac is the draw.

LOL at JMM nuthuggers.... Do you seriously think JMM will be competitive on his 3rd fight with Pac? I would rather see him defeating Mosley so that Pac can shut up all those people accusing him of "ducking" American-Africans.

1.You mean Mosley, who Marquez's own promoter GBP paid 3-4x more than what they were willing to pay him to fight Mayweather. Use your ****ing head, stop sprouting your Pac-hating bull****. GBP even now aren't prepared to pay Marquez what he thinks he's worth for a Morales fight.

2.Mosley was the safer fight to make as he is more well known to casual fans than Marquez, and with no GBP obstructiing negotiations and taking anything from the pot. Neither fight holds any significance in regard to Pac's legacy, he will get little credit beating Mosley or Marquez. Justifiable business decision from Arum

3.The majority of hardcore fans would rather see Marquez, I'll admit that, but unfortunately he asked for too much to make it a viable option to Top Rank compared to the Mosley fight

The majority of proffesional journalist dont agree with you though and Pacquiao here had the opportunity to fight Marquez again and declined (historians will note this), which is the reason that is very possible that Pacquiao's resume will likely have a void in it.

dont wanna see this. marquez had his shot twice, second fight he was unlucky but ****.....move on.
he's got better opponents around his weight and pacquiao is basically out of opponents.
as someone said above, apart from mayweather, martinez and the last man standing at 140 (to be decided this year) there is no challenge for manny left now.......

Pacquiao wants nothing to do with JMM.

Faster, stronger, bigger version of Pacquiao LMAO he gains 5 pounds fight night weight and now he is a monster LMAO..

they said the same **** with JMM PAC 2... and look what happened.

I ask a question to *******s??? What if we get the same outcome in a 3rd bout how will Pacquiao be viewed after struggling?? Arum has asked himself this question, so PACquiao Team avoids JMM like the plague

JMM has not declined only gottten much more experience against faster stronger guys then him, that apply a lot of pressure...

All I know is that JMM has been facing young guys and has a lot of new gained experience with pressure fighters..

While PAC has mastered the art of bouncing around the ring all over avoiding the bigger guys... won't work against a counter puncher, but whatever you *******s think to make you feel better.

Freddie roach said it himself no one has giving PACQUIAO a tougher fight then the Great JMM.

Marquez couldn't beat a weight drained Pac. All the **** he can drink in the world wouldn't help him beat the current Pac.
