I agree, Frankie doesn't seem to be the most popular amongst posters, but I think he does more good for the sport than bad....barely.

I think Warren's recent drought of big names has forced him into making better shows recently.

Maloney's biggest problem is that he won't match anyone, he just gets the weakest acceptable opponent available, and some of the imports have been disgraceful.

His shows have too many fights, and too many are all predictable shutouts over six rounds and nowhere near enough 50-50 contests.

Instead of having five HWs on the show, each one against a low level journeyman, stick some in against each other and let the journeymen have a rumble between themselves.

i think i see the one flaw.
in my eyes one of boxing biggest problems is people fans, media, promoters etc allow worthless titles to carry weight.the day people stop buying tickets to see wba super championship, wbc silver championship, ibf championship elimination and wbo interim championship bouts boxing will improve alot

ABC's with their multitudinous titles so that no one has to face a genuine threat if they don't want to.
The casual acceptance of these organisations of corruption by various promoters/judges and refs. Recent disgraceful examples are Shuemenov/Campillo, Alexander/Kotelnik(special mention for Lederman's horrific scoring, corrupt or incompetent?) and Huck/Lebvedev.

Basically the sport isn't regulated. At all.

BBC spending a fortune to show cars that **** fuel (at todays prices!) go round a track 70 times not over-taking and not invest in boxing. I know boxings an expensive sport to show but not near the levels of F1

Audley Harrison for being the main reason they dont invest.

oh and Andre Berto. he ****

Berto is over-hyped and is lucky that none of the better fighters at 147 have fought him :deal

K2 for constantly offering awful deals to fighters, which has been the reason many big fights haven't happened, They offered David Tua the exact same amount he got fighting Shane Cameron. A national-level journeyman is worth the same value as a world title fight? Come off it. Being ridiculously hard to negotiate with - Seriously, look at the long list of fighters who have complained about "slave contracts" or something similar and then there is this absurd, but standard for them, three fight deal where opponents must face both brothers. What the ****? And they are ensuring heavyweight boxing is hanging on by a thread in every nation other than Germany. As a direct result of Wlad's terribly boring fights, HBO refuse to show heavyweight title fights.

Apart from them, I have a big issue with most self promoted fighters. It's bull****.

    All the sanctioning bodies.
    All major promotional companies.
Journalists and TV stations that don't criticise bull**** and hype terrible fights.
Fighters like Haye, Sylvester, Mayweather, Sturm, Chavez Jr, Berto etc etc.
