yes he did come in lighter. i was thinking more around 143-144 BUT i also realised, it could be a ploy.

hatton might be really around 142 -144 and just decided he wanted to hydrate a little before the weigh in. or perhaps eat something since that would only had a pound or two depending on what he ate/drank.

so tomorrow we will know which way it really went. if hatton was a boiled 145 pounds, then tomorrow he will be around 155 pounds.

IF hatton was really lighter (which i think will help stamina wise), then he really shouldn't jump up much. so he might come into the ring around 150.

Ricky has said he when he weighs in at 140 he fights at 152. His mistake last time round was to weigh in at 147 and still gained 12 pounds so fought at 159 which made him sluggish and hurt his stamina. This time round he reckons he'll go in 5 pounds heavier than weigh in. Around 150lb should be ideal.

I see it like this: he came in 2 pounds under weight...that doesn't happen by accident; you don't aim for justunder 147 and come in at 145! He wouldn't have cut himself that much just to be sure of making weight either...clearly, he planned to come in lighter...and he hasn't dehydrated himself before the weigh-in just to make a point - that would be counterproductive to his performance in the ring....Also, why would he eat a lot and put on 7 pounds to come up to his preferred 152? Just to make himself mor sluggish? He wouldn't put any muscle on, especially ifhe hasn't starved himself to make weight...

...In conclusion, I don't think he will be over 150 pounds on the night...my prediction is he will be just over 147!

    What are your thoughts?
