I was listening to Kessler xmas message and even then he stated he would be back so here's hoping, I hope all is clear with his health, if not then he should retire.

That's ridiculous. I suspect you know it and just want to instigate a flame.

Besides. Bute is busy fighting Magee and mando Mendy. Still I'd love to see Kessler fight Bute after Kessler has beaten the s6 winner and rematched Froch.

Let's see this one and then the Bute one made. I have a feeling that this will happen. I still think Kessler has enough tools left to beat Bute. Mind you Bute can look awesome on his day.

I don't know if he should be fighting, but I'll be rooting for him. He seems like a great guy, a very good champion...and I hope one day he'll introduce me to his sister.

Stieglitz refused many offers from Bute camp. Only if Universum thinks that something is wrong with Kessler might they agree to the fight.

That's not entirely ridiculous. It was brought up in another thread (quotes below)...

Bute is not fighting Mendy, we went over this. He could get stripped within the next 6 months if the IBF puts their foot down, but that's it. Showtime isn't showing Bute-Mendy, no ****in way.

If Stieglitz accepts less money to fight Kessler in comparison to what was offered to him by Interbox, Showtime should push for Bute-Sartison with the winners of both to meet on the S6 Final card (probably @ MSG). Sartison already refused $400K US to fight Bute, Stieglitz declined even bigger offers... Showtime could bump this to a full mill, and Sartison could be tempted.

    Here's one question though...

WHY DOES KESSLER SEE MORE VALUE IN FIGHTING STIEGLITZ (who got smoked by Andrade) RATHER THAN FIGHTING BUTE, ESPECIALLY AT THIS STAGE OF HIS CAREER?

Bute wants the best, Kessler.. wants a belt. :D :D :D

You spit on Bute because he doesn't fight the best even when nobody is available. And now, because it's your man, it's ok to cherry pick the easiest champion, even when a best fight is there just to pick? Be honest please. :bart

Bute said many times he woldn't fight Mendy. He's available in June, has called Kessler and if Mikkell fights Stieglitz he is ducking him.

Unless Bute-Dirrell and Kessler-Stieglitz, with both winners fighting each other is already planned. :D

Kessler is coming off 1½ year layoff. Fighting a world champion is an awesome comeback. Maybe not the best in the world but I'd reserve judgement untill after this fight (if it comes off). Surely he deserves a comeback opponent after such a long time MIA. Bear in mind also that Kessler has fought the best for many years now.

Bute on the other hand has had a gazillion chances to step up his opposition and yet he continues to feast on Brinkley's and Magee's.

Let me add that Stieglitz is a much better opponent than Brinkley or Magee which is what is being fed to Bute despite him being active and, by some, the top rated fighter at 168.

You lie all the time. That's hilarious. Kessler fought Froch 9 months ago, not a year and a half. Even in June, it will be just over a year.

Stieglitz is a paper titlist and you know it. He lost big time to Andrade who lost big time to Kessler. That's not an awesome comeback.

You are right, Kessler has fought many good fighters. That doesn't change the present situation.

You have failed over and over again to justify your pretentions that Bute refused a gazillion chances to step up. You acted like a stubborn hater in many posts. Now, your man is REALLY the one ducking another fighter.

With his eye injured, each and every fight can be Kessler's last one. History will remember he chose the weakest champion instead of fighting the best one available.

Stieglitz is on par with Brinkley and Magee. He lost to Berrio and Andrade. Anyway, no one else is available. That's the point. Kessler has a better fight to do and he chooses not to do it.
