Checking out Ariza's twitter you can see his direct tweets to Amir trying to sort this out, but Amir is not responding or following back to provide a private response.

Looks to me like Khan has already had his mind warped by Asif Vali and has gone into "listen to family and no one else" mode.

Warren said that after he heard the news that Team Khan had dropped him, he couldn't even get through to Amir on the phone to discuss.

This looks to me like Khan isn't willing to talk. I hope Freddie turns around and refuses to train him.

In fact, I hope Khan loses his next fight in embarassing fashion and is forced to re evaluate whether Asif Vali is doing more harm than good.

It'll be interesting to see how this all plays out. I hope this doesn't result in Khan splitting with Roach, it'd be the worst move for his career.

Of course, it's always possible that Twitter account isn't Ariza.

Why would he worry about a little thing like that?

Seriously though I hope he isn't getting ripped off, far too many fighters have been over the years.

I wouldnt trust Vali. He seems like an illiterate, incompetent and ill advised manager.

Khan should never have let him manage the boxing aspect of his business but instead hired a professional and had Vali work alongside.

That Ariza account is not verified, and the fact a grown man would grovel to Khan over a public medium like twitter seems even more unrealistic.

Are you referring to McCloskey, Pauli Malignaggi or Zab Judah?

There's nothing to suggest Ariza's account isn't legit- it's brand new so of course it wouldn't be verified yet. All his tweets have been consistent with what Ariza stated in a most recent interview on the matter.

From some boxing writer Gabriel Montoya

http://twitter.com/gabriel_montoya replying to the message from Ben2011_London:

Breaking News: Apparently Amir Khan has dropped conditioning coach Alex Ariza!

@Ben2011_London I've been hearing he is gone in general at the Wild Card. about 16 hours ago via web in reply to Ben2011_London

There is nothing to suggest it is legit either. And none of the aforementioned groveled to get their job back from Khan, they wanted to fight him.

Well having had twitter beefs with fake Bradley's and Froch's, i'm sure he's thinking twice before replying to somebody unverified.

And if u know that what he's tweeting is consistent with what he said on the Scene, then so does somebody else, and they can suddenly make a twitter account in his name.

With stuff like this assuming it isn't legit is a better starting point than assuming it is legit IMHO.

Presumeably Ariza has Khans mobile number, Email addresses to contact Khan but he sets up a new Twitter account so he can grovel in public?
