Hard to tell right now. Povetkin beat a good boxer in Donald, but Byrd is way too awkward....its 50/50

Can't really say. It would make for one interesting match. Byrd outboxed Holyfield but there are some who say Holy had a severely injured shoulder during that fight. I'll have to check up on this; but it seems like Byrd has more difficulty fighting opponents closer to his own size.

Povetkin wins a decsion. Easy call. Povetkin is too active and fast for Byrd.

Typical Casual Boxing fan - if u have actually seen Chris Byrd fight u would not make a stupid coment like this. if anything Byrd is faster than Povetkin - just lacks power

IMO Povetkin needs to fight somebody like Chris Byrd, if not Byrd himself. Byrd is capable of winning but Povetkin is still somewhat of a questionmark. I think both fighters finish on their feet, probably close on the cards.

    I agree with this.

Povetkin by 2 points or so, but a clear well deserved victory.

I honestly don't think Byrd's the same fighter after the 2nd Wlad fight. I think Povetkin would win this 117-111 or somewhere around there.

One guy's on his way up, and one's on his way down. That's going to make for a very clear Povetkin win- because AP will be able to stay on Byrd, and Byrd doesn't have the pop to keep him off.

i feel byrd would take this one in a close decision, but would be a close fight and povetkin could easily win by a knockout or decision as well

i like byrd here though despite the inactivity as of late

Byrd schools him, he's been keeping himself in great shape for the last 6 years

My thoughts exactly. And then I believe he will win an easy UD against Chambers
