Ron Lyle. he spent his best years in jail, gets out at 30 n goes pro, fights like 28 fights in his first 36 months boxing, he fought ali and foreman for belts, he fights jimmy young joe bugner and eddie shavers. retires at 38 and 15 years later comes back outta retirement at 53 and beats four guys in a row, april, may, june and august. with three of those in the 2nd round. guys got talent but came up at the wrong time
sakio bika. dude's a beast. has an ugly style that turns off judges, but no one who he fights feels like they won the fight after it's over.
That monster was a complete disgrace. All those low blows and headbuts not to mention the biting... (Not complaining about your choice) Emanuel Augustus has to be my choice. The man has been cheated so many times. Haven't seen hes last fight but seems he got robbed there again.
Probably, Emanuel Augustus. Very talented and I always felt bad for him when he got robbed of a fight that he clearly deserved.
Golota clearly should have though against Byrd and Ruiz. The Byrd in particular was a shame, much like he entire title reign.
I'd say David Tua is the best Heavy recently who didn't win a title along with Ike Ibeabuche. I also like Bika and Augustus. Not seen too much of Augustus but I like his style and I watched him fighting an unbeaten prospect once and get robbed.
