You can't "train hard" or anywhere near your optimal range if your surviving on a diet of junk. You can't recover from your sessions either.
they dont look fat to me, anybody who don,t have to worry about weight gain, why not, there training hard to burn it of as said why not.
Lmao. Not the diet you'd expect from a professional sportsman, that's for sure... I just about eat better than that and I'm a skanky student.
I suppose there is something to be said for enjoying food and that in turn making training etc easier, than eating a bland healthier diet which makes them miserable.
Alot of processed simple carbs but they are young active guys burning it off! Probably better for them than drinking pints down the pub! Slightly off the point, have you ever seen the type of **** the swimmer michael phelps eats? mental!
Yeah it looked rank.....they look in shape but that doesn't mean they are 100%. They need to eat better for long term benefits for career IMO. Not that i know much about food and that but i couldn't eat that and feel i've really put body into best condition possible.
old school fighters got on just fine so i dont see the the big deal if they can do the rounds then thats all that matters
they got by on good old fasioned food like meat and two veg , this was proccesed chicken and spaghetti from a tin

that was wrong that grub thats what i call a council dinner,im always havin a go at my neices for eating **** like that and there under 10,carrot crunchin giblets
If they're making the weight fine then who cares? Not as if they are carrying extra pounds. Do you think footballers and Rugby players are having a totally clean, non processed diet? Are the ****. The only difference is that they don't have to make weight, and if it's not a problem for those brothers then let them be.
