And he's done that without the need for PEDs. Ignore Popkins predictably bitter remarks about JMM. He's never gotten over the fact that Marquez made Pacquiao his ***** not once but twice - all the while past his best and facing a blatant juicer

Duran - he always moved up in weight and fought way long before the other fab 3 came He was the first Latino fighter to win titles in 4 weight classes, and won a minor title in super middleweight. I rank him #1 despite 1-4 record against the other fab 3. But he accomplished many great things for a man his height and weight.
Hearns - he also moved up in weight, and was the first (American) fighter to win titles in 4 different weight classes. He KO'ed Duran early and had to. If that flash KO did not come, Duran would hammer the **** out of him.
Hagler - he should have moved up to the light heavyweights, I understand he became a champ after a hard career, and got a draw (which I think Hagler won) but come on, when your class runs out of challengers you have to go up or sometimes down the weight

Leonard? - no doubt, he was smart, but what he did was chickensh*t. He did fight the greats, but many were close, often controversial, often with Ray's wishes coming true by the promoters and more, never rematched when the rematches meant something, and waited for opponents to age. Leonard was a sad cope of Muhammad Ali. Only because he was like Ali in many ways, arrogant, great smile, etc, they say he is the Golden Boy. And I would call Leonard Duran I The Annihilation in Montreal. Leonard was fighting , but holding on for dear life against a beginning to age, fat lightweight Duran. I think Duran won comfortably.
