prime fast jones vs prime fast calzaghe....**** why dont these fight get made when they really mean something. calzaghe vs jones slugging it out gives me a hard on. jones wins though.

 

The other thing that made Roy's jab so fast was the way he held his lead hand so far away from his body, which of course he could only do because of his ridiculous reflexes. I like Hearns's jab better. It was just as fast, but a better thrown punch and a bigger part of his arsenal. Roy really just used the jab as a decoy for the hook.

 

Nobody was faster than RJJ. He was a force of nature much like prime Tyson.

His jab was amazing, but the crazy part was the fact he could hit guys mid punch with looping hooks AND get away unscathed. It was freakish.

 

When Jones Jr. decided to jab it was one of the fastest jabs I have ever seen. Quartey used to have a fast jab as well.

I'll second Howard Davis as the fastest hands I've ever seen.

 

Leonard and RJJ were equal fast but I'd say Leonard's legacy is better.
