First of all, Haye could accept the July 2nd date with Wlad. Secondly, Haye could get a simple Hep B shot and then fight Chagaev with no danger whatsoever. So it's in his hands if he wants to fight a credible opponent or a shot 40-year-old Meehan.

To be fair to the OP he did call it an abysmal match-up, dont think a haye nuthugger would have defended his fav boxers choice of fight like that.

What hes trying to say is that haye has arsed about so much that he is going to cherrypick an easy opponent again because everybody else cant be bothered to wait for him to make his mind up.

at least thats how i read it anyway

The threadstarter is not Haye's nuthugger. How can you misinterpetate his initial post? It's obvious that he wanted to state that Haye and his Manager will do everything to make Meehan look like a credible opponent, but Haye should in fact fight Klitschko. And the threadstarter is right.

he basically took out each fighter one by one and made it look like meehan is the only choice.

Haye would love to fight another mug but I'm not sure the WBA will allow it, even old man Holyfield blotted his copy book. The one guy Haye doesn't wasnt is Boystov.

Why is anyone defending this nuthugger. Has he or has he not dismissed everyone else and made it look like meehan is the only option?

I honestly dont think hes a haye nuthugger, if he was he wouldnt describe the fight as abysmal. think he was just putting the reasons haye will come up with mate. probably could have worded it a bit better

    Reallllyyyy???
Are you actually being serious with these posts,or is this a convuluted joke??

You are clearly mis-reading what the guy said. I would forgive you if English wasnt your first language but your profile says you're from London!

Where does he say Meehan is a credible opponent. He calls the fight abysmal, and calls Meehan slow as hell and old!

1 by 1 he has dismissed any potential opponents and made out only meehan is available and as such is the most credible opponent.

Read the first post again, he even goes as far as to say meehan is number 8 in the world!
