You cannot hurt what you cannot hit.

    Calzaghe lands 1000 punches, 120 - 108 x 3.

I think Calzaghe would smack Froch around for the most part. Froch would have some moments, but I would expect a solid UD for JC.

    Agreed. Easy win for Calzaghe.

He throws a thousand punches, might land 200 of them.

I think Froch has a chance to overthrow Calzaghe in terms of legacy or ''greatness'', if you will, but I couldn't see him beating Calzaghe in a head to head sense.

    Calzaghe UD

Froch has a greater legacy though.

Right now I'd pick Froch. Prime for prime I'd pick Slappy Joe with confidence.

    calzaghe

even though froch is achieving more at this stage tbh

but head to head, dumbass froch would try to box and get embarrased, if he tried to brawl, he might get a bit of luck

It did not take long. The TS asked who would win Head-to-Head. Not who has the best legacy.

Froch defeats AA and now he's considered the next SRL.

Froch is 2-time champion who has never beaten a reigning title holder.

    Nathan Cleverly on fighting Braehmer:

"There was talk he might be stipped or vacate the title, but I never wanted that to happen. The only way I would consider myself a true champion is to take the belt from him."

Why do people make out that Froch has the greatest resume in modern day boxing?

    Anyway,

    Calzaghe UD Froch
Cleverly to stop Froch in 2 years time.

Slappy would probably take a UD, but it's hard to say because he never fought anybody similar to a prime Froch. By the time Slappy fought somebody with an unorthodox style, RJJ was pushing AARP age.

Great shout. Froch is doing everything right to seal a legacy - a hard man's, tough fighting, take on anyone's legacy. That's not to say he's as talented as Calzaghe but he sure is a boxing fan's dream. Calzaghe would win a tough, tough fight by a few rounds, but Froch would do what he always does - come to fight and be there or thereabouts.
