How do you know that? Could you see a significant improvement in Pac's athleticism when Ariza came on board?

his training regimen is geared specifically for boxers and not other athletes.

in 20 years, his secrets will be let out and boxing will even be more lethal than it is now.

Prior to the Maidana fight, Ariza was paid by Roach. This payment arrangement is confirmed in one of the 24-7 episodes where Ariza tells us his story of how he first got involved with Roach.

But, for some reason, this process changed recently. Roach informed Ariza he can no longer pay him through his salary, and that he [Ariza] would need to arrange contracts of his own with fighters. Now this is where the problem occured. It's always been Khan's management team to deal with contracts, and it was them who Ariza needed to go to in order to sort something out. However, Ariza goes straight to Khan himself. During the final week and weigh-in night, the fighter is nervous and on edge enough as it is. The last thing he needs is to worry about paper-work and sorting contracts out, when it's not even his job to! Khan's team obviously found out about this, and were annoyed that Ariza went behing their back in sorting sorting a new contract out with their fighter.

This a fact or something you've put together from the bits and pieces out in the public? If it's a fact, can you link the article(s)?

ariza is a glorified personal trainer. he brings nothing extra to the table that 100 other qualified trainers could at a fraction of his price. we won't even hear about ariza two years from now.

some guys egos are bigger than their brains.

    Inside sources :good

I'm just giving Khan's side of the story. For some strange reason, they've spoken very little on the issue.

Silence means guilt here... Don't defend him too much, be labeled a nuthugger or fanboy.

No need to pay Ariza anymore......Khan and Chavez Jr don't want to pay Ariza when he is now taking away the "Special Milkshakes"

i can not for the life of me figure out why people try and make it out to be something more than it is. It isn't the end of the world if Manny is the only big name fighter Alex works with. He was working with Manny first, it's not a big deal if he works with Manny last.

JCC Jr probably didn't like having to work so hard under Alex. It's not something new that Jr doesn't exactly have passion for training and fighting, he's been criticized for being lazy before.

I was one of those who was extremely critical of Khan and his decision to drop him. But bit by bit, as more news breaks out about Ariza and his numerous bust-ups, my views on the matter have changed. I'm just not pinning the blame entirely on Team Khan.

I was too and wondered why, didn't think money would be the deciding factor in if he stayed or not unless he was asking for outrageous amounts... This is what concerend me, the lack of information and reasons why. It's all slowly coming out... But it's never just one parties fault, always a two way street.

Ariza probably was training Chavez Jr. for a meaningful fight. Chavez Jr. is not use to that kind of training and ditched ariza.
