It's a hard one to pick but I'm sure as **** rooting against Theophane.

He has an absolutely wretched style and got a fairly shocking gift over the hard-luck Delvin Rodriguez.

i watched theopane on a fnf bill last year and i wasn't impressed at all. i thought he lost but he got the decision. daws should have enough to beat him. imo

Theophane has the better skills and has mixed in higher class. Daws needs to try and turn it into a tear up. If Ashley gets into his rhytmn then it will be a long night in the office for Daws.

Yeah i heard he got a robbery on a small hall non tv show. The guy seems to have judges on lock.

Yup, I was trying to give rounds to Cook and couldn't get near a draw.

    Strange, strange scoring.

Is there a chance Theophane could struggle with the weight? He hasn't made 140 for quite some time.

He was down to 145 10 days ago, whether or not he is strong at it remains to be seen. He had options at welter, so obviously feels he can do it. He trains super hard, is a smart guy, i don't think he would take this fight if the weight was a concern.

He beat a younger fresher version of Demarcus Corley far clearer than Marcos Maidana did. He has mixed with some good fighters in the USA with mixed results. I think Corley is better than anyone Lenny has beaten. I can see Lenny beating Ashley if he can impose his style on him, but can also see Ashley nullifying a lot of what he does and landing the better sharper punches. Both say they expect to win by late rounds stoppage.

As far as the fight goes, i can't think of a British Title Fight in recent years with 2 such experienced and well rounded evenly matched fighters involved. It should be a *******.

 I remember doing the same not a big fan of Daws but was one of them times when you look at your own card and think I'm talking **** here

As it get closer I'm leaning more and more towards Daws UD by just out working him.

Theophane's been saying that if he wins the British Title he'll dump it immediately and go straight back to the U.S. If the fight is close I can see the judges leaning towards Lenny instead of giving it to someone who seemingly doesn't respect the title he's fighting for.

I'm tempted to go for Ashley to steal a close one but I've been watching some Theophane fights recently and I'm not sure he's actually as good as his reputation suggests. I'm yet to see a fight he looked really good in. I saw the Rodriguez fight on ESPN and thought Theo lost by about 3 rounds..

    115-114 Daws
