3 division World Champ-Humberto Soto wants to be 1st Mexican to win 4th world title

Im pretty sure they too will duck him, cause they've seen what Soto can really do.

People have seen the "playing possum" side of Soto, but he can do 10x better than he's shown recently.

Interim World Titles do count, because many World Champions stall their defenses with "medical/sick leave" reasons and end up not defending their world title in more than a year.

So the WBA and WBC came up with Interim Titles, so that they're are 2 World Champions, for the moment, with soon to be 1 world champion after they face each other.
