@ Rich115 you seem to be close to or know a bit about mitchell mate is there no chance of him dropping back down to super feather? If not i feel he's stuck between weights too small for the big strong lightweights such as murray.
Really?! Mitchell owes Warren for the disgrace of his last performance, not the other way round And where was Jimmy Tibbs when Mitchell needed pulling out before?
fight some1 worth a **** dont talk ****, fight a legit contender, kevin mitchell a former superfeather weight whos found his level.
The fights in London where Mitchell is the ticket seller. Kevin kept his personal problems quiet. Tibbs wanted to pull him out as he new the camp was bad.
Mitchell should do what gavin did and relocate to manchester and join farnell he would be away from all the distractions in london and be able to concentrate 100 percent on his boxing and then take murray which is a very winnable fight
boxers love a **** comeback fight. confidence builders. all that bollocks. if you need a confidence builder then get back in the ring, shake off the losing blues and get right back to your level. if mitchell belongs on a particular level then he should act like it. arsenal don't lose to man utd and then get to cherry pick their next opponent. once you find your level, stick to it. if you are going to drop a level then make it quick. by the time mitchell gets back in the ring, it will have been a year!
To be fair Arsenal would probably get to play Blackpool at home the next week, then take on Bolton away after that and after those stiff tests they would take on Steaua Bucharest in the Champions League, so I think it is fair to say that more often then not they will get all the confidence builders they need before they take on one of the top teams again.
