Its a hell of a lot better than the crash test dummies that Price, Towers, Dallas and Wilder are fighting.

he does need to be cleaner with his punches and improve that jab. His jab is not near Klit class.

Agree. He's young, confident, fights regularly, willing to learn... What's not to like?

So he looked "fairly" good against the brazilian?

If I wanted to see a "legal" replay of it, where would I look?

Boxrec reported he won a fith round Ko. Had the guy down in the first and stopped him in the fifth.

He didn't look bad today at all. He went to the body and had a decent jab going. The Brazilian dude was horribly inaccurate, with extreme looping punches so Fury's chin was not really tested. Fury did what he had to do and won every round before the KO. He's only 22 and for a guy with 14 fights, he has solid technique. Really, there is no one on this board who can know for certain that he's not good enough to be a top contender in 10 -15 fights.

Looked very good. Cracking one punch knockout. Said he is determined to clean up domestically before moving on to euro level. Said he expects to be 30 when he gets a mandatory title shot.

I am curious to see how Steward molds him into, possibly, a world class fighter. But I doubt he'll ever amount to much, but we shall see.

At least he won this fight in a decisive manner.

Not a bad fight tonight. I have to admitt it was only the second time I've ever seen Tyson....and the first time I paid any attention to what I was seeing. The last time he was utter trash. I basically figured his hype was some sort of joke or something. But he had a better showing tonight. That being said though even though he is 6 foot 9 he has got to get his ass in better shape if he wants to be taken seriously as a top heavyweight. I am impressed by his speed and skills. For a big man he has talent. But think he's far too sloppy to really go anywere with it. He REALLY REALLY needs to tighten up his game. Big time. Cause eventually he's going to run into some one that is going to make him work for everything in the ring and make him pay for his mistakes. And if he's a ragged slob in the ring he'll come unstuck. The interesting thing about the guy is that he's definitely got the coordination to be that type of fighter. Which is rarely for someone of his size...but for whatever reason he's not serious enough about the game to take that type of approach.
