Just spoke to James at York Hall. He said the fight with Groves will be announced on Wednesday. He is definitely not fighting Stieglitz next.

I asked him who he was fighting and he said 'Groves'. I said are you sure because the venue has to be announced next week. He laughed and said 'don't worry it'll be announced wednesday'. I said it's definitely not Stieglitz then and he said 'no it's groves.'

    Top fella in real life.

About the right time TBH. Winner moves on to world class and the loser has time to regroup. Perfect timing IMHO.

Agreed, if its Groves its be discard as 'Well Haye lost and look what he achieved' sort of thing and Degale has the confidence to bounce back anyway. Longer it goes the more likely there'll be more to lose on each side and in todays cautious culture in boxing that'd decrease the chance of this great fight happening.

    Make it happen hayemaker

No major reason behind it, but my moneys on Groves to win this - i feel that Grooves will know he`s the underdog for this now and will need to step up to the mark, rather than his recent performances where he has looked like he thought he just needed to show up.
DeGale might just get a bit confident.

Anyway less of the pointless attempt at reasoning etc!

Cant fu#king wait for this one!!!
    (hopefully!)
