I mean Pacquiao is an athletic speciman, with huge power, in 98 Pacquiao had a lotof KO's, today same thing, he always had power and unbelievable condition.

And now comes Donaire, who seems too have everything what Pacquiao has.

So what you think, is he gonne climb divisions and be as great as Pacman.
Boxing opponents like Vasquez Jr., Rigondeaux, Lopez & Gamboa. Great matchups in the making would he do it.

He's freaking big. I think he'll climb a couple weight classes.

I'm not sure. Donaire is already 28 and he is still a bantamweight. Pac was still in his mid 20s when he moved up to featherweight.

Dont know and dont care if he does or doesnt.

I want him to stay where hes comfortable, and if that means holding a weightclass on lockdown and being an actual king of a division, then thats fine. I think too much is put on moving up weight divisions. Id rather Donaire stay where hes best at, then try and please fans by moving up into divisions where hes not suitable to be at.

There is something to be said about guys like Zoo, Hatton, Hagler, ect, who stay at a realistic amount of divisions thats best for them and holding them down and creating a legacy of title defences and of being 'the man'

    imo

He's got the skill and the frame for it :)

Just hope they build him up evenly, at the moment he has twigs for legs and that's one area Pac has had an advantage with. Pac was from a Muay Thai background and had lots of leg strength.

Hope they build Donaire up in a similar fashion and you will see him take his power and movement up weights with him (he'll need it as there's plenty of talent to fight)!!

Donaire can go Lightweight at the highest IMO. Still incrediblle though, that would make him a 7 weight world champ if he stops and grabs a belt at every weight in between. I'd like to see him at Feather vs the likes of Juanma and Gamboa

Hes already 28 and had less fights than Pac at his age, I doubt he will move up above 135 at most. Manny is Manny.

Donaire did beat a big dude in James Kirkland (But I gotta add they were in the amatuers and young) Not an indication of anything all, but still hard to imagine

130 may'be 135 will be his max. You gotta figure Donaire only put on 8 pounds last night against Montiel and he's already 28 years old.

Thats a good point you mentioned, 28 isn't very young for a prize fighter.

Still I think, Nonito is that good, that skilled, that even now he can go up in weight.

The reason I want him to go up in weight is because there are so many great match ups to be made, that it would be wonderful.

Imagine Gamboa beat Lopez in class and than

    Nonito Donaire vs Yuriokis Gamboa

what a super fight this would be!! :yep
