Why is Haye getting so much hate over the Klit negotiations?

Adamek has said multiple times how professionally he was treated by the brothers. Adamek and his manager explicitly said the negotiations were without drama and commenced over a very short period of time as both sides were on the same "wavelength".

Now don't tell me Adamek was forced by the brothers into some bull**** contract. Adamek said he got a great deal and apparently makes more money fighting a K brother than fighting Haye.

After all, Haye had all the time in the world to set up a match with Adamek offering him a better deal than K2 do. But Haye failed to do so :deal

Because these aren't children on a playground, professionals/businessmen don't negotiate in public...I mean seriously. Ask Donald Trump or Warren Buffet to do public negotiations on a transaction...lol.

its hardly the same thing though is it, both parties are blaming each other, the haye camp have said lets do it public, the klit camp refused, tells you what you need to know

By asking for it to be public, they weren't asking for something which is uncommon in boxing, they were asking for it to not be private, which is uncommon in boxing. All Klitschko contracts, by their demands, are to be in private. No other promoter that I know of, has the same demand. Bob Arum doesn't, GBP don't, Don King doesn't, Frank Warren doesn't, Mick Hennessy doesn't, Sauerland don't, DiBella doesn't...I could go on, but you get the point, right?

What Booth was asking for is the normal procedure during negotiations. Promoters and fighters freely talk about issues to the press. All negotiations are public, except on very rare occasions.

The only other example I know of, where the promoters asked for it to be private, other than the Klitschko's, was during the second round of negotiations for Mayweather/Pacquiao. If you can give me more examples, feel free.

You went off on a tangent there, so let me bring you back to my point:

Adamek may have to sit and watch the Klitschko's fight nine times before they step into the ring with him. They could have a combined nine losses and no titles, yet they're still going to get the same money that has been agreed upon. Fair? You tell me. If Wlad fights Adamek with two losses to Chisora, a loss to Solis and two losses to Haye, do you think he will then deserve the amount of money he is getting for a "title shot"? Or do you think Adamek, as the fourth best heavyweight in the world, would deserve a title shot instead of fighting a guy who has lost five times?

That's the issue with the contracts. The fight has been signed yet it's possible that Wlad could have to fight five times before September! Ridiculous.

    Indeed.

What the Klitschko's are requesting is an almost unprecedented demand, just like their "rematch me and then fight my brother" clause is too. It's pathetic. 99% of fights are openly discussed in the public, so why do the Klitschko's demand they should be private?

Even though Solis is a fat slob with very little chance, that type of risk has to be taken into account. The world ending shouldn't be.

yeah but you are suggesting that there is a chance that both of them might loose. This is as probable as world ending in 2012.

I don't give Solis or Chisora much chance at all but you have to be fair and consider the upset.
